I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new yellow MG3. Aimee was fabulous in making the whole process so quick and simple. She was so knowledgeable about the car and on delivery explained everything and patiently repeated bits I didn’t get the first time! The big reveal on delivery day was so much fun… I felt very lucky and special. Thanks for going out of your way to make all your customers feel that way Aimee… you are a gem!Thanks to John himself for agreeing to a higher trade value on my Corolla. My husband and I wanted to surprise our wonderful son with a car for his birthday! We knew we wanted an MG3 Excite and Vincent was fantastic at helping us with the test drive (its a great wee car) and the purchase (great price and 7 year warranty). I can not speak highly enough of the incredible experience I had buying my new car. It was the very first time time buying a brand new car and Aimee made it so very special, I got to unveil it which made to so memorable and magical. Aimee walked me through everything with how my new MG ZST worked before driving it home (they are so technologically advanced it's incredible). Plus it arrived so much faster than we originally thought so being able to pick it up early was amazing. Thank you Aimee, you are the best and I'm totally OBSESSED with my new car.

Thank you to Aimee for outstanding service in assisting me to purchase my new MG3 Excite. We only went there to have a look as I needed to downsize my big car now that the kids have got their own cars. This is the 4th car I’ve purchased from John Hughes. When signing the contract told if we went with the MG HS in a particular colour it would be 6 week wait maybe sooner. Now we are at week 13 and still no car. No updates unless we ask for them and even then we just get it’s sitting in Bibra Lake and they have no control on when they get released. This has been a really bad experience for us and will definitely be the last car we purchase from them. In the past the service and experience has been fantastic but sadly this is no longer the case.

I bought my car from MG John Hughes in Vic Park. Aimee who sold me the car, was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and she didn’t apply any pressure tactics on me. The car was two weeks late on delivery, but the MG team lent me a rental car at no charge until my MG was ready. Overall I’m happy with my experience.
