Great experience with Rob, Max and Caroline from the team at Easy Auto 123.The joondalup car yard does need to work on the 1%. Wasn’t greeted when walking through the door, bin over flowing in the coffee area in the office, lots of people just walking around not taking an interest in us, seems to be a lot of staff in that building with not much going on in the car yard.

Save yourself the hassle.. buy elsewhere.I bought my car from Easy Auto Joondalup and had Warren as my salesman. He was great with the whole purchase until he's made the sale and is done with you.When I first looked at it there was absolutely no cracks in any of the windows especially the windscreen. I drove it with a passenger, no crack.. my mother then drive it with a passenger, no crack. I then took it to my mechanic for him and his team to do a full mechanical check and of course, no crack has been spotted.As I went to drive the car out the yard, they closed their doors at 5:30pm whilst I still sat in the car park.I drive 200m and I notice a crack about 10cm in the corner. I pulled over and took a photo at 5:32pm - see picture with the date and time for reference.I emailed Warren Giggins that night explaining it, no response. I gave him a week to respond and emailed him again, no response.So I called, he says 'Haven't you received my email' (He never emailed be back what so ever.)Told me there's absolutely nothing they can do and to contact my insurance company to claim a free windscreen replacement.Driving with a crack in the windscreen is not road worthy whether it is in your 'driving vision or not.Was very quick on the phone to brush me off once he got the sale. I have a 3 month warranty on the car - this should be covered considering it is deemed unroadworthy.I now have a crack that is affecting my vision and has cracked up to half of the windscreen.I am now having to take it out of my own pocket because of their lack of concern.First and last time I go there.

Bought a car that's had nothing but issues from day dot. Would not provide me with a mechanical inspection which was written in my contract. Over 5k worth of serious issues found by a proper mechanic which had been identified on the car a year before I bought it but were marked as all being good condition on their report only thing they were willing to fix was work they had done on it themselves yet didn't trust themselves enough to do it so paid for someone else to do it but there dodgey job caused the engine to become full of sludge and die. So now I'm minus 7k and minus a car because of their dodgy mechanics. The communication was absolutely terrible during the purchase process so that should have been a warning sign right there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
