Werent very easy to understand at the start witch led me to buying not exactly what i wanted for my ute. Ezlynk tuner i purchased came with a months support pack witch was a waste of time my ute bangs gears that hard im starting to have troubles with the transmission. After looking into it further and talking with people on forums and other tuners ive been told this would be the wprst place 2 go for service and support. Ford f250 ezylynk tuner. And if reference to there reply the only help i was offered was them charging me another $1800 just to get it back to standard tune.

Got my 2017 Colorado tuned here. Had a bad experience previously with another ecu tuner but these guys were fast, highly professional and my Colorado goes like a shower of s**t. Amazing gains and tows a 3T caravan like it’s not there. Having the Dyno with a print out was great. If you’re thinking about getting your car tuned highly recommend this place.

I mailed my ECU to ECU West from Alberta Canada. I had the reflash done for my 2019 Yamaha Super Tenere ES. Turn around was very efficient and Darren and staff were excellent to deal with. Super nice people, very professional and knowledgeable. The bike works great, much more snap and throttle response. Engine braking reduced also. I would definitely recommend and will be advising anyone I know in need of a reflash to send their ECU overseas to ECU West.Great job and big thanks from Alberta Canada

The ECU West team has performed engine tune up to my Jeep Wrangler JK CRD. Excellent outcome, the car runs substantially better and I am enjoying the additional fuel economy. Great job.

Tune itself mostly ok. There's a couple of points that either warranted further smoothing out or they're as good as it'll get - however, since you never directly communicate with the tuner you don't really get that feedback. This is different to custom tunes I have got elsewhere. If you're after somewhere you drop it off and then it comes back and that's what you get then that's probably ok for you.Communications a bit hit and miss with some miscommunication about pickup of the bike and also an issue I wanted investigated. Fobbed off like I didn't know anything or given a patronising answer doesn't really leave you feeling like you're anything but just another tune ID # in the database and a map that'll get sold on to mail-in customers and good enough to get the job out the door.EDIT to address response provided 5/1/22Firstly I was not provided good communication with regards to picking up the bike - in fact I had to chase it down and was told the bike had sat around and staff had waited for me to pick it up but I was neither called nor emailed about it. Additionally I provided feedback direct from the KTM workshop manual with respect to the neutral detection issue so you could raise it with other customers - again, no reply.The other aspect with regards to the tune: I'm not saying it's a mail in tune, I'm saying it's done to be good enough but maybe not checked thoroughly in a couple of spots. The bike has a pretty big flatspot when you come from part to full throttle in high gears at highway speed once warmed up which makes overtaking actually kinda poxy as it clears its throat and then goes. Maybe that's as good as that transient will get but it isn't great. It's better at lower engine temperatures so I'm guessing warmup enrichment is making it better with some extra fuel.The other aspect is the bike will snuff itself out at lowish speeds/small throttle openings which is most apparent filtering through traffic. Again, maybe that's just the nature of it esp. being a 4 stroke single but I'd prefer to discuss that with the tuner on pickup over discovering these foibles for myself.I'm sure it runs 13:1 AFR everywhere but maybe some parts of the map it would be happier with less or more fuel to make it less 'perfect' but more rideable. That's the sort of discussion I'd prefer to have with the tuner over dumping the bike off with a staff member with no clue about it, and then picking it up in a rush when it wasn't communicated what the process was.

I Had my Polo GTI done here, It was a convenient location and I rolled the dice. Turned out... Yeah, good tune. I was quoted 35HP increase. I knew it was 50. Darren took the time to spend the extra time it requires to achieve the 50 not knowing it was possible as I did. If you are a passionate car person like most Aussies... then you need a person like this who also feel what I feel.

I didn't think it would be too hard to find someone to Dyno my VRod Trike but as it turned out it was. Luckily I found Darren at ECU west who said no problem. Before the tune the bike wasn't all that much fun to ride around the suburbs great on the open road. Darren managed to get 101 hp at the wheels for me and increased the torque which makes it so much easier to ride at slower speeds as it pulls so much better in all gears. Thanks Darren you did a fantastic job

Recently brought my 3litre crd patrol in for an intake clean, exhaust & dyno tune, couldn't be happier with the service I received. Overall there was a 25/27% increase in Hp/torque over the performance chip that was previously fitted. The difference is night & day in the way the vehicle drives, as an automatic it holds the higher gears more often instead of dropping back and revving up which makes it a lot smoother to drive.

Rex Francis from Victoria.My vehicle is a 2017 6.7 super duty and I wanted a stock tune with full emissions intact. After trying a number of inline tuners and a local one that was flashed into the ECU, none of my decisions to do this inspired me at all as the end results were poor to say the least.A couple of weeks back I contacted Sharron about their tunes via EZ LYNK, Sharron put me onto Darren and Leon. I contacted Leon, he suggested a tune and a TCM tune, and once I had received the EZLYNK I rang him to talk me through installing the tune, I must say he was very patient with me as I am computer illiterate. Great service, very pleasant.After two weeks of trailing I could not be happier with this new tune, heaps of grunt with 250 extra N-METERS of talk and approx. 100 HP the Super Duty now feels Super.The biggest surprise to me was the improved fuel economy, simply I could not believe the results, I could not believe what the lie o meter was telling me, so to check I would do 100 kilometres then fill with diesel, I did this many times as I still had trouble believing the results, the lie o meter turned out to be surprisingly accurate, I should have trusted it as I could have saved myself a lot of inconvenience proving it out.This truck I have had for 3 years and done over 60,000 Kilometres, best average city and country driving I have been getting around 13.8 to 14.5 Kilometres per litre of which I thought was pretty good, well with the ECU WEST tune, how about this, 11.3 city and country, 10 .5 cruising on the freeway, I don’t blame you if you think I too am a lie o metre, believe me these results are due to the tune, a matter of fact.I have rang Leon a number of times for guidance and queries, he is always happy to help, if I cannot get him I leave a message and for sure within five minutes he calls me back.They are a great team at ECU West.

Highly recommended and exceptional service.Took the Prado for Intake manifold and EGR clean, as well as ECU Remap. Finished the job on a timely manner and was very impressed with the torque and power gained i received. Definitely felt the responsiveness and couldn't be more happier. Front receptionist was very friendly and the mechanic who looked after the car was very helpful and explained the work carried out on the car professionally.Don't hesitate going on with these people and they will not disappoint.Good luck to ECU West team and will come back here in the future and refer to friends
